Overland Environmental Services are a Specialist Vibrant Company with a difference.
Managing Director Rob Nash, a 5th Generation Tree Surgeon formed Overland as an Arboriculture Company but it wasn’t long before the Company started supplying other services to the Utility Companies.
Overland’s 25 staff based in Tadley, Hampshire now offer a full range of services for the utility Companies that include Tree Cutting, Civil Engineering, Asbestos Removal, Specialist Vehicle Plant Hire, Flood Painting, and carry out works for prestigious clients, Scottish & Southern Energy, Southern Electric Contracting and Hampshire County Council.
But what really sets Overland apart is it’s Specialist Vehicle Division, Arbtruck, that Design & Build Bespoke Utility Vehicles.
A Specialist Company for a Specialist Industry.
Mr Nash explains ‘’ There were many times I wished I had a Cherry Picker, Chipper and Tipper on site at the same time, but this meant sending two teams to do a one team job so we set about designing a Utility Vehicle with a cherry picker and tipping capacity’’.
The Arbtruck certainly fits the bill being built on a 7.5tonne Mitsubishi Canter chassis available in 2 & 4 wheel drive, with a class leading weight carrying capacity. The boom, a Nifty HR15 , has a 9.5M outreach & 16.5M working height.
There is no problem with tool storage with large tool boxes for chainsaws, pole saws and Climbing gear together with an Eberspacher hot & cold running water system with additional cab and toolbox heaters.
It does not stop here, Overland offer Custom Built Landover Cherry Pickers, Tippers and Crew cabs.
