HUMAN TRAFFICKING POLICY STATEMENT

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps the Company has taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

Slavery and Human Trafficking

Overland Environmental Services Ltd is committed to social responsibility and has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Slavery and Human Trafficking. Slavery and Human Trafficking can be mutually defined as the recruitment, transportation, or harbouring of people, by means of use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction to achieve the consent of a person having total control over another person, for the purposes of exploitation and free labour.

Based on Human Rights, Global Labour Standards, The Palermo Protocol (signed and ratified by The United Kingdom), The Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Slavery Abolition Act 1833, Simply Tree Services is dedicated to abolishing any Slavery and Human Trafficking actions on all premises and the premises of our suppliers.

Overland Environmental Services Ltd will communicate this policy within the company as well as to our direct suppliers, where we will demand an obligation to meet these requirements as an on-going condition of our business relationship.

Management at Overland Environmental Services Ltd will govern this Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy by ensuring that on all premises, controls and preventative procedures are employed to eliminate all Slavery and Human Trafficking activities and conducts for both employees and visitors.

This Policy shall be reviewed in the light of newly amended, applicable laws and regulations, and when it is deemed necessary to amend controls and interventions.
